Factory Operative - 12.21 per hour Monday to Friday Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We're currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing and production business located near Maldon, Essex. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with a company that values hard work, team spirit, and growth.

Position Details:

• Temp-to-perm: Permanent contract offered after a successful 3-month probation via agency
• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Hourly rate: 12.21

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading machinery
• Performing basic assembly using hand tools
• Moving materials through production stages
• Supporting operations within the spray bay area

• Previous experience in a hands-on, factory, or production role
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
