Senior Analogue IC Design Engineer

- Design and implement analogue sub-circuits such as filters, VGAs, high-speed multiplexers, bandgaps, PTATs, TIAs, dividers, PLLs, and bias circuits.
- Work with SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS technologies to develop high-performance IC solutions.
- Perform verification and simulation, ensuring design targets are met.
- Collaborate with the test team across multiple sites to define test plans and contribute to ASIC characterisation.
- Produce high-quality design documentation for all developed blocks.
- Ensure first-time-right silicon through rigorous design and validation practices.
- Support product evaluation and improvement cycles post-silicon.
- Master's degree or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or related discipline, or equivalent industrial experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on IC design experience.
- Strong understanding of analogue and RF design principles including linearity, noise, mismatch, and stability.
- Expertise in Cadence Virtuoso tools and version control systems.
- Experience designing in SiGe Bipolar and CMOS processes.
- Familiarity with IC layout techniques within Cadence Virtuoso.
- Good understanding of design-for-manufacture principles.
- Experience in ESD protection design.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
