Senior RFIC Design Engineer

- Lead the design, implementation, and verification of RF/analogue sub-circuits such as LNAs, mixers, VGAs, filters, PLLs, dividers, bias circuits, and more.
- Work across technologies including SiGe BiCMOS and RF-CMOS to deliver high-performance, innovative ICs.
- Serve as a design authority on major projects, overseeing development from concept through to silicon validation.
- Produce detailed design documentation and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with test and layout teams across multiple sites.
- Contribute to the definition of ASIC test plans and support product evaluation and characterisation.
- Master's degree or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or a closely related field, or equivalent industrial track record.
- 5+ years' experience in RF/analogue IC design, ideally with experience in sub-6GHz applications.
- Proven success in delivering right-first-time silicon.
- Deep understanding of core design principles including linearity, stability, mismatch, and noise.
- Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso and version control tools.
- Working knowledge of EM tools and IC layout techniques.
- Strong understanding of ESD protection and design for manufacture principles.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills.
