Responsibilities for an Sales Assistant

• Safely collect and deliver products to a variety of customers.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean, tidy, and roadworthy condition at all times.
• Interact professionally with customers and suppliers, both in person and over the phone.
• Represent and promote the company and its products in a positive and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis, resolving queries and building rapport.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Identify and approach potential new trade customers and stockists to expand our network.
• Be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed to ensure timely order fulfilment and meet operational demands.

Requirements for an Sales Assistant

Full UK licence

• Able to work alone and on your own initiative
• Experience in automotive trade
• Previous sales experience is an essential part of the role
• Full UK licence
• Great communication skills
• Can do attitude
