Maldon Nub News is delighted to announce that Churchward Car Sales Limited is to become our first sponsor of the Classifieds section.

The move comes as Director Jack Hylton opens his first showroom in Maldon, with two spacious floors filled with cars ranging from £4,000 to £60,000.

Jack says: "Being a part of the Maldon community and getting to know everyone is important to us, so this sponsorship of an online local community newspaper makes sense."

Having traded in Chelmsford for 12 years, the move to Wycke Hill Business Park and a newly-refurbished premises has left Jack and Chris, who is a lifelong friend as well as working in the business alongside him, looking forward to exciting times ahead with the prospect of pandemic restrictions being lifted to allow the showroom to open fully to the public.

Until that time, sales online are continuing and have been buoyant, with Churchward having already acquired a reputation for motors that are very highly prepared and with great aftersales service. Churchward Car Sales is AA Dealer Promise approved and Trading Standards approved.

"We particularly pride ourselves on the aftersales service we offer," Jack says, "because that's so important to our reputation."

Starting today (Saturday, 13 March) Maldon Nub News will bring you a Car of the Week article each week, featuring one of Churchward's vehicles.

Karl Hancock, Nub News founder and chief executive officer, said: "It's great to welcome Churchward Car Sales on board as a sponsor.

"Without community-minded sponsors like Churchward we wouldn't be able to provide our readers with the hyper-local community news they deserve."

You can find the Churchward Car Sales website with a full stock selection here or call 01621 770044 for more details.
