LONG delays remain on the A12 this morning (Tuesday, 10 November) following and accident on the London-bound carriageway between junctions 19 and 18.

The A12 is now reopened after a motorcycle accident between J19 (Boreham, Chelmsford north) and J18 (Sandon, Great Baddow) and a resulting fuel spillage.

However, long delays are still reported.

An ambulance service spokesperson confirmed that the motorcyclist was taken to hospital, but no further information on their condition was available.
