Crews cut roof off crash car on road near Maldon - Police appeal for information
Firefighters cut the roof off a crashed car to help free a trapped man following a two vehicle collision on the A414 between London Road and Heybridge Approach in Maldon at around 2.40pm on Thursday, 18 January.
Once rescued, the man was left in the care of the Ambulance Service.
Essex Police are investigationg the incident and have appealed for information, saying: "Our enquiries are ongoing. We were called to reports of a multi-vehicle collision on the A414 in Maldon at around 2.40pm today (Thursday 18 January).
"If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.
"Please quote incident 617 of 18 January.
