Fans of the new BBC series Pooch Perfect will see Kelvedon contestant Hannah Bowles take the dog grooming stage in the quarter finals tonight (Thursday, 4 February).

When the new BBC1 show launched on 15 January, the first part of the competition saw 5ft Hannah from Hatfield Peverel grooming beautiful but huge Alaskan Malamut Hancock to perfection.

Show host Sheridan Smith was clearly impressed and commented on Hannah's strength.

Now viewers will watch the former Writtle College student, who runs Pooches Grooming Studio in Oyster Place, Chelmsford, try to win her way through to the semi-finals.

The show, at 8pm on BBC One, will tonight feature the contestants grooming the Welsh Terrier breed.
