The flood alert is in place until 4.30pm today (Monday, 1 February)
The flood alert is in place until 4.30pm today (Monday, 1 February)

A flood alert has been issued for Hythe Quay and Maldon Prom.

The alert is as a result of high tide and and is in place from now until 4.30pm today.

Areas around the Essex coast from Clacton to and including, St Peters Flat and the Colne and Blackwater estuaries, could see some flooding.
