Health Secretary Matt Hancock releases video praising the local vaccine effort

Health Secretary Matt Hancock has recorded this video message praising the "incredible achievement" of all those involved in the Covid-19 vaccination rollout across mid Essex.
Revealing that a third of all people in the area have now received their first dose of a Covid vaccine, Mr Hancock gives a special "shout out" to Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford City Racecourse, the vaccine hub at Maldon District Council and the GP surgeries taking part.
He also thanks all the NHS staff and volunteers involved in the effort.
