The iconic Mulberry Houseboat on Burnham-on-Crouch Quay has gone on sale for £375,000.

The houseboat, sitting on the River Crouch alongside the Quay and the Burnham Sailing Club, offers idyllic views of the river - perfect for sailing enthusiasts to watch the multiple regattas.

The property is deceptively spacious, and offers four bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room, utility room, and multiple bathrooms, all spread across two floors.
