The opening times for pharmacies across mid Essex over the festive season have been revealed.

The NHS Essex Covid Vaccine website includes information on Maldon pharmacies and their opening times across the Christmas and New Year period, details of the NHS 111 service and advice on weekend and evening GP appointments and on using the Essex child health app.

Opening hours vary between the practices on Christmas Day and during bank holidays over the New Year period.

The opening times for Maldon are as follows:

Blackwater Pharma, Princes Road:

• 25 December: 3pm to 8pm
• 27 December: Closed
• 28 December: Closed
• 3 January: Closed

• 25 December: Closed
• 27 December: 9am to 6pm
• 28 December: 9am to 6pm
• 3 January: 9am to 6pm

Pharmacists can offer medical advice on a range of conditions including coughs, colds, aches and pains, without the need for an appointment.
