Maldon District Council have announced the date for the much-loved wellbeing festival.

UFest, described as a 'festival of community and wellbeing', will return to Promenade Park in Maldon on August 16, 2024.

The family-friendly, free-entry festival will feature an exciting day of activities running from 11am to 4pm.

There will be live music, stalls, and a range of activities and games to get involved with.

Councillor Richard Siddall, Leader of Maldon District Council said, "I am really pleased that UFest is returning to Maldon Promenade Park for 2024. The festival received so much positive feedback last year, and the team behind UFest are planning an even bigger and better festival this year.

"UFest provides the opportunity for you to find the support you might need in dealing with the cost of living, or family and personal support. It is also a great free fun day where all members of the family can have the chance to enjoy themselves and try new activities and interests."

The festival has been arranged following positive feedback from last year's event.

It remains to have a focus on physical health and mental wellbeing, as well as celebrating the community.
