The fabulous new organ at a Maldon church took centre stage at an Advent Carol Service on Sunday (6 December).

The beautiful sound of the German organ was matched only by the voices of the choir at St Mary's Church in Church Street.

Musical director Colin Baldy said: "As well as the choir giving a truly stunning performance at our Livestreamed Advent Carol Service tonight, it was a joy to have all four of my organ scholars from the last eight years together with the new organ. I am supremely proud of all these young men."

Those who would like to listen to the service can find a recording on the church's Facebook page at the link here.
