Premises license for Maldon pub set to be reviewed after 'incidents'

ONE of Maldon's pubs is set to have its premises license reviewed following 'incidents'.

A public notice of the 'application to review' the license of The Jolly Sailor public house in Church Street, Maldon, has been posted on Maldon District Council's website.

The application is made by the council itself and residents and the public have the right to make comments on the proposed review by Monday, 7 September.

Grounds for the review are given in the notice as 'incidents' that undermine the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children form harm.
