Community Development Worker, Dengie

United Reformed Churches are offering an exciting opportunity to work alongside communities in Southminster and Burnham on Crouch. In this role you would help develop and build on existing work by the church, as well as initiate new things alongside community partners. You will also help to recruit and support volunteers in the community. You must be a good team player, self-motivated, and have great people skills. £24,000-£28,000 per annum for 30 hours work a week, with possibility of hours increasing.

Learning Support Assistant, Burnham-on-Crouch

Ormiston Rivers Academy are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable professional to support students and join the SEN Team. In this role, you will work as part of the Special Needs Team to support students with special needs or specific medical needs and help them to achieve their full potential. You will work with individual or small groups of students and support their literacy and numeracy skills, as well as their social, emotional, sensory, physical and behavioural needs. This is a part-time role with a salary from £16,815-£17,380 annually. Start date September 2024.

Cleaner and Handyperson, Heybridge

Join the team at Sub-Zero Wolf and help to provide cleaning and maintenance services to maintain upkeep of the facilities. Your responsibilities would include general maintenance tasks including cleaning, routine inspections, compliance with safety regulations, and collaboration with external trades people to ensure larger repairs are completed efficiently. You should have experience in a similar role and have a good ability to work independently. This is a part-time role paying £11.50 an hour.

Tyre Fitter, Heybridge

Europit Tyres are searching for a reliable, self-motivated tyre fitter to join the team at the busy Heybridge branch. You must have the ability to fit all types and sizes of tyres, be a good team player, be self-motivated and have a flexible attitude. Salary of up to £27,000 per annum.

Freelance Image Retoucher, Essex

Horizon Photographic is a school photography provider working across the UK, and needs an experienced photo retoucher to help process and correct photographic workflow. In this role, you will be editing and transferring images on a mass scale, working on tight deadlines and turnarounds. This is a work-from-home role, with all equipment provided where need be. This role offers a starting salary of £12 per hour with the opportunity for wage progression. This role is subject to a DBS check.

Cleaner, Heybridge

NIC Services Group is looking for a part-time cleaner to carry out cleaning tasks such as general cleaning, toilet cleaning, window cleaning and other related tasks. You must be able to use cleaning chemicals and equipment, follow Health & Safety procedures, carry out physical activity and have good interpersonal skills. Opportunity to progress. Pay is £11.40 an hour.
