A small family-run care company which supports adults with learning disabilities and autism is looking for a support worker to join the team. In this role you will work every other weekend including overnight sleep-ins, plus every week two week days and two evenings. Key tasks you will undertake include helping people to live independently, encouraging healthy meal choices, developing safe cooking practices, prompting medication, prompting good hygiene, taking people to appointments and more. The ideal candidate must have their own car, communicate well with other staff and managers and have an ability to use initiative. Experience is not essential.£12.50 per hour and £85.50 for an overnight sleep in.

In this role you will work for a leading food product manufacturer based in the Maldon the area.  Working as part of the production team, the production operative is responsible for operating both semi-automated and fully automated machinery on the production lines. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment. Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm/ 2pm to 10pm rotating.
