Festival of Flowers at St Mary's Church, Maldon

St Mary's Church, Maldon, will host its annual flower festival this weekend, with refreshments served in the Octagon and on the patio outside.

The Festival of Flowers will begin on Friday (August 4) with a Mass at 9.30am.

This year, the theme will centre on 'creation'.

It will be open on Friday and Saturday, from 10am to 4pm, and Sunday from 12 noon until 4pm. There will be an 'All Age' mass held at 10am on Sunday as usual.

The church in St Mary's Lane is traditionally known as 'The Fisherman's Church' because of its position close to The Hythe.
