The Maldon & Heybridge Horticultural Society Summer Show & Plant Sale will be held at the United Reformed Church Hall, Market Hill, Maldon on Saturday 26 July, 10.30-3.30, free admission.

We are celebrating our 150^th anniversary, the society's first flower show took place on the 4^th of August 1875!

Anyone can take part, there are 100 classes to choose from … fruit and veg, flowers, floral arrangements, handicrafts, photography, baking and children's crafts. All the information on the different classes and entry form are in our Year Book on our website www.mhhsuk.wordpress.com. Submit entry forms by Thursday 24^th and bring entries to the hall on Friday 25^th between 6.30 and 9.00 pm. 

Our popular plant stall will be outside the hall from 10.30 am, packed with a wide range of great value plants grown by our members … houseplants, perennials, edibles and more!

The winners' cups and prizes will be presented by Deputy Town Mayor Cllr James Burrell-Cook at the end of the show.
