Bouncers and Shakers is a comedy play written by John Godber and Jane Thornton which takes a satirical look at 80s British urban nightlife in a Northern town where the "Bouncers" the security team and the "Shakers" cocktail waitresses take on a kaleidoscope of colourful characters frequenting the town centre. Stag nights and hen dos; drunken crying girls and gallons of booze! Let our Bouncers and Shakers show you their world of serving everyone from luvvies to local lads lusting for a little something more. It's funny, tongue in cheek, nostalgic, and touching in parts.
