Maldon Drama Group are staging a production of Shakespeare's popular comedy Much Ado About Nothing and for the first time we are staging it under the stars at the Museum of Power!

We have given it a twist, setting it in the East End of London at the end of the Second World War, as the locals welcome the soldiers back from the frontline. As Claudio falls in love with Hero Will their plans be scuppered by the villainous Don John? Will Benedick and Beatrice admit their true feelings?

Doors open 6pm, and the show starts 6.30pm. Some seating will be provided but feel free to bring your own camping chairs and picnic.

The production will move indoors if wet.
