Maldon District Council has announced that it is launching its annual Residents and Business survey at the start of next month.

The survey will go live on Monday 1 November and will be available for six weeks until 10 December.

Residents and businesses are encouraged to give the council their views to help shape its services, make changes and to plan for the future - particularly following the challenges of the pandemic.

Councillor Wendy Stamp, leader of the district council, said: "I would like to encourage as many residents and businesses as possible in the district to complete this survey by going to www.maldon.gov.uk/yourviews.

"Gathering views directly from our community ensures that we are providing our services based on real feedback from the people who matter."

This is the third year that the annual survey has been run.

In 2020, 275 residents and 28 businesses responded to the questionnaire.

Councillor Stamp said: "We had a good response last year, considering the challenges of 2020, and I would like to thank everyone who took the time to respond.

This year, we're hoping for even more responses so I urge you to take a few moments to let us know what you think about our very special district."

You can access the survey here.
