Accounts Administration Assistant at Tec Supplies Ltd, Heybridge - salary TBC

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a school/college leaver looking to develop and grow within the business, to gain skills and knowledge of accounting and is self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail. All training will be provided.

Duties include:

  • Filing support for both Sales/Purchase Ledger
  • Maintaining the Proof of Delivery/Purchase Invoices/Credits
  • Answering incoming calls
  • General Office Duties
  • Distribution of Sales Invoices/Credits/Statements/Overdue Account Letters
  • Data Entry
  • Running Reports
  • Processing New Customer Account Forms
  • Processing Customer Card Payments
  • Month End Archiving

Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm, with 1 hour for lunch

22' days holiday, plus bank holidays.

Purchase Ledger Clerk/Credit Controller at Tec Supplies Ltd, Heybridge - £20,000 per annum (salary to increase after first 6 months)

This is a split role working in the Credit Control Department in the morning and then Purchase Ledger in the afternoon.

Tec Supplies is looking for a dynamic individual who likes a challenge. Applicants will need to be self-motivated, confident with excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be preferable, however all training will be provided.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with 1 hour for lunch

Cleaner at Plume Academy, Maldon – up to £9.50 per hour

The posts offer an excellent opportunity to work in our highly successful academy which holds a good Ofsted status. The Cleaning Department has a strong team working ethos, is very supportive of new members of staff with induction programmes in place and on the job training provided.

In accordance with the job description for Cleaner, the main responsibilities are as follows:

  • To work as part of a team and to provide a high level of cleaning
  • To undertake the cleaning of areas, as specified by the Cleaning Supervisor or Cleaning, Catering and Hospitality Manager
  • The postholder will be expected to observe safe working practices in carrying out their required duties and report any potential hazards
  • To undertake training in the correct use of cleaning equipment such as floor machines, vacs, wets pick-ups and in health and safety and the use of cleaning chemicals
  • All employees are expected to show a responsible attitude to health and safety issues and have due regard for their personal safety and that of others
