The graffiti wall at Riverside Park in Burnham-on-Crouch will soon be removed.

Maldon District Council say the structure has now come to the end of its life, and will be removed at the end of January. Early February.

The wall, which sits near to the skatepark and alongside the basketball court, features three seaside-themed scenes.

It is the only remains of a former storage area for the old games area.

The council have said they are looking into options to include graffiti art as part of other upcoming projects in the park.

The removal works may result in some noise, but access to the park will be maintained throughout.
