Burnham Primary School PTA is excited to announce the details of this year's Christmas Fayre.

The Christmas Fayre, one of the biggest fundraisers of the PTA's calander, aims to raise money and bring the Christmas spirit to Burnham Primary.

Last year's event helped to raise £9000 towards ipads for the KS2 children.

The 2024 Christmas Fayre will be held on November 23 at the Dunkirk Road school from , and will host a number of stalls, games and activities.

The community are invited to browse the festive fayre, with stalls including resin gifts, jewellery, books, cards and decoupage gifts and crafts.

There will also be a number of food stalls, with local Peaberries Café and the Famous Donut Man offering munch to hungry shoppers.

The fayre will be fun for all the family with activities including:

  • Santas Grotto
  • Face painting
  • Nail painting
  • Tombola
  • Glitter braids
  • Raffle
  • Sleigh photo opportunity

Visitors also have the opportunity to take part in the 'Wacky Bar Game' for the opportunity to win some big ticket prizes.

PTA Chair, Catherine Johnson, told Nub News "Our Christmas Fayre is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, everything we fundraise for directly benefits the children.

"This year we hope to provide new play equipment and help our children host their own event and a much larger project coming soon!

"We appreciate the donations from our communities, which help us to run these events.

"We would live to say a huge thank you to SJ Warren who helps us throughout the year to supply a price and advertising boards, GB Finch who are our Golden Ticket Main Sponsor this year and also SRS (Sonic Rail Solutions) who have donated generously towards the event in a variety of ways."

Anyone interested in donating a golden ticket prize, or would just like more information, can contact [email protected].
