Developer set to invest over £1.3 million in Burnham community as build enters next phase
Housebuilder David Wilson Homes is set to make a significant investment in the community surrounding Burnham-on-Crouch as part of its new phase at Corinthian Place.
Corinthian Place, located on Endeavour Way, launched into its new phase on Saturday January 4. 2025. The launch follows the success of the previous phases, which sold out in May.
As part of the planning commitment, David Wilson Homes will contribute more than £1.3 million to Maldon District Council and Essex County Council as it moves on to this next phase.
These contributions include £50,000 towards healthcare services, £175,000 for early years education, £600,000 for primary education, £500,000 for secondary education, and £8,000 for libraries.

Corinthian Place offers 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, priced between £370,000 to £755,000.
