1. Land adjacent to Norton Hall, St Stephens Road, Cold Norton
Prior notification for the change of use of three agricultural buildings to five dwelling houses. Convert Barns 1 and 2 into two large dwellinghouses, and Barn 4 into three small dwellinghouses. Also requesting permission for building operations reasonably necessary for the conversion.

Community Of St John The Baptist: Installation of steel portable cabin on land for use as sleeping accommodation.
3. Heybridge Co-Operative Academy, Colchester Road, Heybridge
Proposed replacement of windows and doors.
4. Proposed dwelling at Homefield House, Witham Road, Little Braxted
Conversion of outbuilding to dwelling. Alterations to the outbuilding including changes in materials, fenestration and the removal of the link from the outbuilding to the existing workshop/garage.

Section 73A application for a garden fence and children's playhouse.
4. 1 Grouts Farm Cottage, Kelvedon Road, Tolleshunt D'arcy CM9 8EL
Erection of single storey side and rear extension and new roof to rear dormer window

There were no planning applications refused by Maldon District Council last week, despite Maldon being named "the UK's hardest place to get planning permission" last year.
