Essex Police's Maldon Town Team will hold a 'Police Surgery' at the Maldon United Reform Church on Market Hill, on Tuesday (October 31) from 10am.

A police spokesperson said: "The event is an opportunity to get to know some of the police officers and staff, who are protecting and serving your community."

Police officers or Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) will be available to listen to residents' concerns and answer questions about local policing.

However, organisers have warned the event may be cancelled at short noticed due to "operational demands". Further details will be posted on the district's Facebook page.

For more information, contact the Maldon team via the Essex Police website.
