Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am until 4:30pm (approx.)

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating machinery
  • Use of handheld power tools
  • Manually lifting goods
  • Moving stock through production
  • Maintenance on machinery

4. NHS 999 Emergency Call Handler (Temporary to Permanent), Broomfield - £10.40 per hour

Be part of a team of call handlers, responding to all incoming telephone calls, giving emergency calls priority over non-emergency calls; on a 24/7 basis, working rotating shifts basis.

Experience Required:

  • Previous call centre environment
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Handle traumatic, emotional and distressing situations
  • The ability to manage and support others during times of crisis - most commonly during an emergency call

5. Part Time Lettings Negotiator, Witham: £25,000 per annum, including benefits

An independent estate agent is seeking an experienced a Part-Time Lettings Negotiator to join their Witham branch. They are ideally seeking an applicant with a property background, however they will consider someone with a sales and customer service background looking to forge a long term career within estate agency.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Arrange valuations and negotiate prices with Landlords to achieve a larger property portfolio
  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities, canvass for valuation leads
  • Viewings and negotiating offers
  • Maintain a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire a future business with them
  • General admin
  • Preparing Inventory Reports
  • Promoting properties for rent

6. NHS 999 Emergency Call Handler (Temporary), Broomfield:  £10.69 - £18.12 per hour

Working days and hours: Monday to Sunday, 12 hour shifts on a rota basis

Staff receive their rota four/six weeks in advance and will be placed on a team within a shift pattern. Shifts can be Monday to Sunday and a mixture of days and nights. All shifts are mostly two days then two nights, and then four off.

Training will be paid at the standard rate as this will be weekdays, 0800-1600/0800-1700, except for the MPDS week where the length of days is slightly longer from Mon-Thurs, but shorter on Friday (although still the standard rate).
