Maldon: Essex Police find 200 plants thought to be cannabis at a Mill Lane address

Police found 200 plants thought to be cannabis at a Maldon address early today (Friday, 12 February).

Essex Police officers raided an address in Mill Lane, Maldon at around 7.30am after obtaining a warrant.

An Essex Police spokesperson said: "The officers found approximately 200 plants suspected of being cannabis.

"A 28-year-old man from Maldon was arrested on suspicion of cannabis cultivation."

The man remains in police custody.
