Tesco staff take on the Race for Life stepping challenge at the Maldon store

STAFF at Tesco Extra Maldon raised more than £400 for the Race for Life cancer charity at the weekend.

There was a six-hour stepping challenge taken up by staff at the front of the store in Fullbridge on Friday (23 March), involving six members of the store's staff team.

Then on Saturday there was a pink theme fancy dress, the colour of Cancer UK's Race for Life challenge.

The Race for Life charity raises funds for cancer research involving all 200 types of cancer.
