Maldon’s young showman returns for ‘biggest show yet’ in August

Local Showman Callum White, accompanied by a live band, will return to the Maldon Town Hall stage this Summer to perform his sell-out show, Doing It My Way.
The show, which blends singing, storytelling and comedy, will be dazzling audiences on August 8, 2025.
"It's going to be heart wrenching, emotional.. there's a lot of upbeat songs, a lot of sad songs. There's a lot going on!" Callum told Nub News.
Joined for the first time by an eight-piece band, the 21-year-old Lead Vocalist will perform the likes of Elvis, Adele, Queen, Tom Jones, Frank Sinatra and Whitney Houston, alongside some iconic songs from James Bond and The Greatest Showman.
He said: "It's still going to be the same kind of concept as before, but this time it's nice because we'll be incorporating stories from the band members and involving other people.
"I think I'm more excited than the people in the audience!"

The live band will include Trevor Newnham on Bass Guitar, Tony Qunta on Guitar, Andy Frost on Drums, Mike King on Piano, Paula Borell on Sax, as well as Sharon White and Ayla Moor as backing vocalists.
There is also rumoured to be a celebrity special guest in attendance, a non-singer who will take to the stage at some point in the night.
"It's going to be a big surprise for everybody. I'm really looking forward to it." Callum added.
August's show follows two sell-out performances in 2024 by the former cruise line performer.
You can grab your tickets now from here. The show begins at 8pm.
