YANA, a rural mental health support charity based in East Anglia, has recently launched their manned helplines.

The helpline launched on March 18, and is manned Monday to Friday between 10 am - 1 pm.

Maldon District Council shared the news March 6, highlighting the charity's aims in providing "immediate support to individuals in rural areas."

A representative from YANA said, "Our commitment to providing support at the time it is needed on our helpline and with funded counselling remains as strong as ever".

You can reach YANA's help by calling 0300 323 0400 or emailing [email protected]

If the helpline is unmanned or busy, leave a message, and you will receive a call back.

YANA Mental Health Support aims to provide help for those involved in agriculture or rural business affected by stress and depression.

All of their work is funded by donations and fundraising by supporters.
