  • Erection of Solar Panels, Tillingham

Application for the erection of a 19MW Solar PV Array, comprising ground-mounted solar PV panels, with co-located 5MW battery energy storage system, vehicular access from Keelings Road, internal access tracks, landscaping and associated infrastructure including security fencing, CCTV cameras, and grid connection infrastructure including transformers, substation compound buildings and cabling route to the point of connection.   • Development of 220 dwellings, Southminster

Application for a residential development of up to 220 dwellings and associated infrastructure, public open space and highways access. Land North Of Homefield.

  • Relocation of concrete plant, Langford

Proposal for relocation of the plant site, ready mixed concrete plant, bagging plant and associated ancillary facilities, including for establishment and use of a field conveyor network with a bridge over Braxted Road; along with enhancement and use of existing points of access off Braxted Road, together with restoration to agricultural land and nature conservation habitats, in advance of the A12 road widening and improvement national infrastructure project on land at Colemans Farm Quarry. Two applications were submitted for change of use of the former Southminster library on Queenborough Road, to five dwellings. One application proposed demolition works to the main building and erection of a single storey extension, as well as part demolition of existing outbuilding with single storey extension. Other application proposed demolition works to main building with single storey extension and internal alteration, with single storey extension, internal alteration, and part demolition of existing out-building. Both include alterations to fenestration and associated landscaping, car parking and refuse storage.
