Police ask public for help to find missing Braintree man due to travel to Maldon

Essex Police have issued an appeal for the public's help to find a 57-year old man who has gone missing from Braintree.

Jacek Makruk, from Braintree, was last seen around 4am yesterday (August 15). 

Jacek was due to be travelling to Maldon, but it is not believed he arrived. 

He is described as a white man, of a medium build and around 5ft 8".

Jacek was last seen wearing black trousers and a black t-shirt. 

In a statement on Facebook, Essex Police asked members of the public who have any information of Jacek's whereabouts to "please contact 999 quoting reference number 607 of 16 August".
