Police find car they were hunting for unattended in Maldon

Essex Police have found a car they were hunting for in Maldon after it was involved in "causing a few issues".

The force's Rural Engagement Team revealed on Twitter shortly before 1am this morning (Saturday, 7 August) that they had seized the car, saying:

"Great team work again - this vehicle and its occupants have been causing a few issues of late.

"The team went hunting and found it unattended in Maldon, and had it recovered.

"We look forward to catching up with the driver very soon."
