The Maldon Town Policing Team and the Maldon Community Policing Team arrested two individuals after several successful search warrants in the Dengie last week.

Multiple homes in the Tillingham area were breached by the policing teams on April 8, 2025.

Police discovered significant amounts of controlled drugs, an illegal weapon and a two hundred plant cannabis cultivation.

Two individuals were arrested in relation to the discovery and were taken into Police custody.

Sergeant Dalby of the Maldon Town Team said: "This is yet another positive execution of a search warrant issued by the Magistrate Court.

"My team are specialists in acquiring search warrants and executing them.

"We use technology to assist us in locating drug dealers and those that produce drugs.

"We will look for you, we will find you and you will be arrested'.

The front door of the homes were breached using a 'Halligan bar' and a battering ram known as 'the enforcer'.
