MALDON district has its very own spooky display this Halloween - to raise funds for the area's air ambulance service.

Halloween Display in Burnham on Crouch is going ahead again this year with even more props, static and moving, speaking and scary animatronics.

The Halloween display is fund raising for the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Service Charity. In 2019 the display raised a whopping £423 - and the organisers have their hearts set on an even bigger amount this year.

A spokesperson for the fundraisers said: "Once again I would like to thank everyone who attended and donated last year – so let's hope we can do the same this year and raise a bigger total for our needy and deserving Air Ambulance Service."

The display is on at Eastern Road, Burnham-on-Crouch until 9pm today (Saturday, 31 October).
