Refused due to the development being in an "unsuitably located tourist accommodation" with "insufficient information" in regards to its need, among other reasons.

Outlines planning application refused for access from Scotts Hill, for the development of up to 249 dwellings, public open space, together with associated landscaping, highways, drainage and other infrastructure works. Land west of David Fisher Way. Refused due to possible "detriment to the rural character of the area" as well as inadequate provision for affordable housing, among other reasons.
