POLICE have confirmed the sudden death of a woman at Fullbridge, Maldon, this morning.

Emergency services, including an air ambulance, were called to a home in Mill Lane, Maldon, at 9.40am today.

Sadly, the woman was declared dead at the scene.

A police spokesperson said: "We are treating the woman's death as non-suspicious and a file will be prepared for Her Majesty's coroner."
