After more than a dozen entrants, and lots of votes from the public, the winner of the Maldon Nub News Christmas tree competition has been announced.

We saw a great range of creative and original tree arrangements, from recycled materials to upside down trees!

Here are the top five, voted for by the public in the final round:

3. Kye Challis - Christina's Legacy - 20 votes

2. Martin Page - 27 votes

In first place is Nicola Nye, with 44 votes!

Nicola will receive a £50 gift voucher, to spend at either SARK Restaurant or Maldon Spice. Congratulations!
