MALDON District Council is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 'Where Quality of Life Matters Fund', a community grants initiative designed to support projects that enhance the wellbeing and quality of life for residents across the district.

Eligible groups can apply for up to £10,000 to support initiatives that make a meaningful difference in their communities. Applications are open from 1 September 2025 until 30 November 2025 and can be submitted on the Council's website at https://www.maldon.gov.uk/communitygrants.

Cllr Richard Siddall, Leader of Maldon District Council, said: "We want to help local groups, charities, and parishes, bring their ideas to life. If you've got a project that will improve lives in our district, please apply. This fund is here to support you."

The Council encourages applications from a wide range of community organisations, charities, and voluntary groups working to improve social inclusion, health and wellbeing, the local environment, and more.
