The winners have been announced in the 10 categories of Maldon District's Community Service Recognition Awards.

The awards recognise the work of individuals and teams to step up and serve the community during the pandemic crisis.

As a ceremony could not be held to mark the occasion, the announcement has been made on video instead - with a recording of each winner being told they have won.

Maldon District Council leader, Councillor Wendy Stamp has made a video congratulating the winners, which you can see with this article.
