Maldon Mud Race has announced a brand new headline sponsor for the 2025 event, as they say it is looking to be a sell-out year

Electrical and mechanical experts, J R Revell Ltd will support the famous community event which will be taking place on May 4, 2025.

Chairman of Maldon Mud Race Brian Farrington, said "We are delighted to announce a new company partnership with Essex Electrical and Mechanical experts, J R Revell Ltd. 

"It's very refreshing when local companies see value in working with us and their support will be an enormous help in 2025."

The electrical installation firm works around London and Essex everyday.

Office Manager, Amanda Huntingford said, "As a company, we are fully engrained in our community, not just by solving electrical and mechanical issues across the East of England and into London but also in giving the very best customer service and going that extra mile. 

"To that end, we will have a VIP area on the day and bring down a variety of clients, some of whom will be new to Maldon and the Mud Race and it's a great way to showcase our team spirit and the local area.  

"We're honoured to be a part of the Maldon Mud Race 2025 and to drive as much awareness as we can for all of the amazing local charities who stand to benefit."

The annual Maldon Mud Race raises funds for local charities and is free to attend for spectators. 

Hundreds of competitors race across the River Blackwater in a fun (and muddy!) race to victory.
