Investigation launched after Heybridge woman's death
POLICE have launched an investigation and are appealing for information following the death of a woman in Heybridge.
Officers and colleagues from the ambulance service were called to an address in Hillary Close, yesterday morning (Wednesday 10 July) following concerns for the welfare of a woman.
A woman in her 40s died at the scene.
Her death is being treated as unexpected and officers have launched an investigation.
A statement from Essex Police says: "This investigation is at a very early stage and we're progressing a number of lines of enquiry.
"Anyone with information on the incident should contact us as soon as possible by using our dedicated online portal.
