3. Service Delivery Apprentice - Business and Administration Level 3 at Maldon District Council - £5.28 per hour

Maldon District Council is looking for a dynamic, customer-focussed individual to be part of its Service Delivery team. You will have the opportunity to both work in and learn about a variety of Council Services delivered by casework teams including Revenues and benefits, Environmental Health or Housing.

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an Business and Administration Level 3 apprenticeship. Delivery will be in the workplace with an assessor or coach through a combination of assessing, coaching, training and mentoring. The minimum duration on the apprenticeship is 18 months, with an additional 3 months for an externally assessed end point assessment. A total of 21 months plus functional skills if required.

Applicants need GCSEs in Maths and English, grade 4 and above (minimum grade C or equivalent) to be able to undertake the apprenticeship.
