Friday 14 April
Soul Sanctuary at the Friends Meeting House, Butt Lane, Maldon - from 7pm
Join us for a beautiful evening of healing and connection. Get ready to release the stress of the week, tune into yourself and find deep relaxation in amongst the chaos of modern life.
We will begin the evening with an opening circle, followed by guided breathwork to music and transitioning to a healing sound bath for the finale.
The gathering will be facilitated by Teresa Kristara and Philippa Wilkin and will take place in the peaceful and serene Quaker Hall.
The session is offered on a donation basis - recommended minimum £5 to cover costs. Previous sessions averaged between £10 to £12 in donations, so feel free to contribute what you wish in exchange for this 2.5-hour experience.
