High-league Hitchin are unbeaten in the league to date, with two wins and two draws.
Maldon Town, who came through with a 2-0 win against Harpenden are at home to Haringey Borough from the Isthmian Premier. They are currently winless from three matches with just a point to their name.
Matches will be played on Saturday, 3 September and the winners receive £2,250 and the losers £750.
