The Isthmian North's match of the day comes from fortress Scraley Road, as Heybridge Swifts, in fourth, welcome fifth place Felixstowe & Walton United.

Swifts have won every single league match at home this season. Only one team match that record, today's visitors! The Seasiders haven't been quite so good on the road, however, losing three of their seven matches, and the hosts, who have defeated both Hereford and Brentwood Town during the last seven days, have to be favourites.

Much-improved Maldon & Tiptree travel to Witham Town, their hosts having lost their last three, and indeed have taken only four points from their last twenty seven.

The Jammers looked to be improving until they shipped five goals at home to New Salamis last weekend, and are nine points and six places behind their opponents but will be hopeful of closing the gap.

After picking up just a point from their last two outings, Burnham Ramblers have slipped off the top of the Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties First Division South.

The midweek 3-2 home defeat by Stanway Pegasus saw the visitors go to the head of the standings and they are now five clear of fourth-placed Burnham so a home win today against eighth-placed Tower Hamlets is an essemntial requirement for Ramblers.
