Saturday 10 June

SOULTASIA 2023 at Promenade Park, Maldon - from 1.30pm

Following a successful event last year, SOULTASIA is back at Promenade Park.

This year's lineup includes the Funky Voices Choir, Heatwave, Heather Small, Kenny Thomas, Soul II Soul and more.

General Admission Second Release tickets cost £30 (plus a booking fee).

Sunday 11 June

Essex Faery Fayre at the Museum of Power, Langford - from 10am

Activities include storytelling, music, workshops, talks, a Fancy Dress Competition, stalls, and games. There will also be a Faery Flower Procession and a ceremony to celebrate the crowning of the Faery Royal Court. 

Organisers encourage visitors to: "come dressed in your faery best!"

Adult tickets cost £8, Concessions £7, Children (5-15) £5, Children Under 5's Free.

The Miniature Railway will open from 10am until 3pm. Adults £2, Children (3-15) £1, Children 2 years and under FREE.

Please note, due to a major refurbishment, the Museum building will be CLOSED. Activities will take place in the Marquee and in the grounds of the Museum. There may also be some disruption to the Steam Café but refreshments will still be available on site.

Raver Tots Outdoor Festival at Promenade Park - from 1pm

Raver Tots is the UK's biggest family friendly rave and festival brand, where kids and grown-ups can hit the dance floor and rave together.

Adult tickets cost £30, children £25, and babies (under 12 months) £5.

There is limited onsite parking at Promenade Park and nearby at Lower Plume School. Those parking on-site are asked to leave plenty of time to ensure they don't miss out on their favourite DJs. Pre-booked parking is free for blue badge holders.

A free shuttle bus service will transport guests from South Woodham Ferrers Train Station between 11am and 7pm. Those who use this service will be entered into a prize draw to win tickets for next year.
